Therapy rooted in respect, reflection, and responsive care.
Hi, I’m Lindsay Meyer (LMFT #118958), a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting older teens and adults who are thoughtful, capable, and wanting to better understand themselves, especially those navigating stress, self-doubt, transitions, or quietly carrying more than others realize.
Many of my clients are the ones others lean on: insightful, reliable, often outwardly “fine,” while holding much more beneath the surface.
I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore what’s really going on and move toward greater clarity and peace of mind. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning for deeper work, we’ll move at your pace- no pressure, no performance. Just real conversations, steady support, and room for insight to unfold.
** What I help with:
Anxiety, inner criticism, and overthinking
Depression, low self-esteem, and isolation
A longing for more depth, meaning, and connection
Relationship challenges, communication struggles, and recurring patterns
Burnout, emotional exhaustion, and perfectionism
Grief, numbness, and complicated loss
Life transitions, role changes, and identity shifts
** My approach:
I draw from psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and attachment-based frameworks while staying rooted in the relationship between us. My style is engaged, curious, and gently direct. I ask meaningful questions, notice subtle patterns, and listen with openness and respect, sometimes with a bit of humor when it helps.
