Therapy rooted in respect, authenticity, and responsiveness.
Hi, I’m Lindsay Meyer (LMFT #118958), a licensed therapist with nearly a decade of experience supporting mindful, resilient, and engaged adults who may feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or quietly navigating personal challenges. Many of my clients are the ones others lean on—capable, insightful, often outwardly “fine”—but inwardly bearing a lot.
I offer a warm, collaborative space to reflect, untangle what’s beneath the surface, and move toward clarity and peace of mind. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning for deeper work, we’ll move at your pace—no pressure, no performance. Just real conversations, genuine care, and the development of insight.
**What I help with:
Anxiety, inner criticism & overthinking
Depression, low self-esteem, & isolation
Relationship challenges, communication struggles & patterns that keep you feeling stuck
Burnout, emotional exhaustion & perfectionism
Grief, numbness & complicated loss
Life transitions, role changes & identity shifts
A longing for more depth, meaning & connection with others
**My approach:
I draw from psychodynamic, trauma-informed, attachment-based therapeutic frameworks—while staying grounded in the relationship between us. My style is engaged, curious, and gently direct. I’m here to ask meaningful questions, notice patterns, and listen openly and respectfully to your story—without judgment, and with a touch of humor when it helps.
**Who I work with:
Adults (18+)
Couples (on a limited basis)
California residents via telehealth
Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to have it all figured out before we talk. I offer a free 15‑minute consultation—a gentle space to meet, share what’s been on your mind, and see if it feels comfortable working together. No pressure, no expectation—just a conversation to begin finding the support you deserve.
